Michael Fenlon, Ph.D., is an executive who recently held several key leadership roles at PwC, including Chief Future of Work Officer and Chief People Officer for PwC US and Mexico. In these roles, Mike spearheaded initiatives on AI's impact, workforce transformation, and employee reskilling. His leadership also supported PwC's recognition as a Fortune Magazine Great Place to Work and improved employer brand metrics. Mike has held global leadership positions, including Global Talent Leader for PwC, overseeing a network of 364,000+ employees across 151 countries.

His contributions extend beyond PwC, having served on the faculty at Columbia Business School, where he led top-ranked executive MBA programs and developed leadership courses. Academically, Mike holds a Ph.D. and three master's degrees from Columbia University, along with a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He currently serves on the board of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee Foundation and co-chairs the board on the Future of Work for the Institute for Corporate Productivity.
