Elizabeth Tan Levy is the Managing Director, Scaled Impact Laboratory at the Burning Glass Institute. At the Institute, Liz runs an accelerator that integrates, tests and scales innovative technologies at the Institute, with focus on amplifying impact on the Institute's partners. She has dedicated her career to building platforms in the education technology and human capital management space to improve learning and career outcomes for more. Liz was previously the Chief Company Officer and Vice President of Product Management at Lightcast. Formerly, she was the Director of Product Management at Reed Elsevier, where she and her team reimagined clinical and nursing education solutions using search and discovery technology and recommender systems. She believes the future of work and learning belongs to the humble, the nimble and the tireless. A native of Singapore, she started out as a Management Associate in the Singapore Government. Liz holds an AB from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
