Joseph Fuller

Joseph Fuller is a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on general management. He co-leads the school’s Managing the Future of Work project and Harvard University’s Project on the Workforce. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. His research covers the issues of greatest importance to policymakers and business executives related to the future of work. He has done pathbreaking research on the skills gap, degree inflation, the impact of caregiving on workforce participation, the growth of the gig economy, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the hiring process. Joe was a founder, first-employee and long-time CEO of Monitor Group, now Monitor-Deloitte, the global consulting firm. He is a graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Business School and a member of the board of PVH Corporation, Aera Technology and Western Governors University.
